Golden Baked Pork Chops

8 pork chops (with or without bones)
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 TBSP mustard
1 TSP saffron
1 TSP of hot sauce
100 ml white wine (any alcohol will work) - (I've already used dark beer and gin)
100 ml orange juice or pineapple juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven at 350 ºF.
Clean the pork chops well. Based it with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Reserve it.
In a large bowl, combine mustard, saffron, hot sauce and white wine. After obtained a “paste”; base the pork chops with it.
Arrange the steaks in an oven proof casserole and pour your choice of juice over it.
Bake it uncovered for about 40 minutes; turning the steaks both sides.
